Toyota, Ford and Honda are on the top list in Consumer Reporters survey
Toyota, Ford and Honda became the leaders in Consumer Reports’ latest survey of brand perceptions. According to it Toyota occupied the podium. Ford and Honda took second and third places.
Consumer Reports polled buyers from all over the country on what auto brands they thought highly of in seven different areas: quality, safety, value, performance, design, technology, and environmentally friendly. Chevrolet was placed at number four in the study.
The magazine also reported that Tesla was acknowledged by the respondents as one of the best green car brands, leaving behind Honda, Ford and Chevrolet.
Volvo ranked high again for safety among the respondents with 53 percent. Ferrari took the leadership in performance, now standing ahead of BMW and Toyota was the 1-st for technology/innovation from Mercedes-Benz.
